Scale-readiness is a specific claim, not general optimism about growth

A pilot programme performing well with a small, engaged team tells you the concept is sound. It doesn't tell you the process will hold once resourced at ten times the headcount with less individual attention per opportunity.

Genuine scale-readiness requires evidence the process performs consistently across a range of team members and conditions, not just under the favourable circumstances of an initial pilot — a distinction worth being explicit about before committing scale-level budget.
